About this website

This website is run by Heli Bevan, an artist and designer based in Gloucestershire, UK. These terms cover your use of helibevan.shop. For questions about the website or permission to use artwork, email helibevan@gmail.com.

Purchases through Fourthwall

Fourthwall is the seller of the products offered through this shop and handles checkout, payment, shipping and order support. Your purchase is subject to the terms shown by Fourthwall at checkout.

Please read the shop terms and shipping & returns information before ordering. Prices, availability and options may change; check the final items, total, shipping charges and taxes at checkout.

These website terms do not replace Fourthwall’s purchase terms or limit your statutory consumer rights, including any cancellation, return or refund rights that apply. For help with a purchase, use Fourthwall order support.

Artwork and other content

The artwork, photographs, designs, logo and written content belong to Heli Bevan or their respective rights holders. You are welcome to browse the website and share links to its pages.

Please ask for permission before reproducing, adapting, selling or commercially using the artwork or other content. Buying a product does not transfer copyright in its design. This does not restrict uses permitted by copyright law.

Using the site

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, disrupt the service or use the site to infringe another person’s rights.

Reasonable care is taken to keep the website accurate and available, but content may change and access may be interrupted. Colours can look different on different screens. Please report a website error to helibevan@gmail.com.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or takes away rights you have under applicable law.

Privacy and external websites

The website privacy notice explains how personal information is handled. Links to Fourthwall, TikTok and other providers take you to services with their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the website changes. The date above shows the latest version. Updates do not retrospectively change the terms of purchases already made through Fourthwall.
